I love Windows Vista. I have had very few problems and most I have been able to solve thus far. Exceot one. Everytime I open up Help and Support I get an error saying it can not connet to site to download files. I am conneted but it fails everytime.

This stage of beta the help is not ready for this version of os. At help center there are also notifications about it. So basicly help and guides are worked at the moment but as you know, there are more crucial issues to solve now. -- Try, learn, experience.

I am using Windows Vista Ultimate Edition and this is a upgrade on Windows XP home I had and I am still experiencing the same problem as explained by Nevada Halbert! Do you mean Microsoft offered me a BETA product for purchase ??
Kindly clarify and also I would like to expect a solution for this case!

I am using Vista Home premium and I get the same problem. Cant seem to find a fix anywhere. Not running Beta

When I am using the default Admin user setting, all the Help and Support icons clicked on come up with the Message " Internet Explorer cannot download this file " but when I switch user to my wife's side, all the Help and Support functions work fine. Can anyone help with this problem.
PS Microsoft Update works great on both User settings.
